Step 5 : Steering
Check the steering wheel moves the way it should.
Make sure there is no excessive play in the steering wheel.
Make sure it does not lift up, down, left and right. Aa lot of steering wheels have
a locking peg which you push in to place when the correct adjustment has been made.
If there is play then it must be defected.
You are the driver and the vehicle you drive must be in a road worthy condition.
If you see a defect report it.
